Shipping Policy

​Shipping & packaging fees at checkout are based on the standard USPS rate for the shipping location and product weight.

As most items are handmade to order or made in small batches, please allow 1-3 business days for order fulfillment and 1-2 weeks for completed shipping. For custom orders please allow up to 5 business days for fulfillment. If you need an order expedited, please contact me at hello@ebonyglassdesigns.com and I will try my best to accommodate your time request.

​All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
